Join us for a conversation about Tax Increment Financing (TIF) with Cassie Paben, Deputy Chief of Staff for Economic Development, Mayor’s Office, City of Omaha. TIF is an important revitalization tool which helps finance the cost of making improvements in a redevelopment project. TIF permits cities to replace and/or rehabilitate deteriorated buildings, develop housing for low-income and moderate-income families, and finance public infrastructure (e.g., streets, sewer and water systems, sidewalks).
