Omaha by Design Advisory Committee The Omaha by Design Advisory Committee is comprised of the city’s public and private leaders representing a variety of professions, including developers, engineers, architects, planners and landscape architects, along with the heads of the city’s parks, planning and public works departments, and a representative of the mayor’s office.
