A consensus emerged in favor of a safe, attractive and manageable park for the subdivision.

• The park should be a relatively quiet place for walking or sitting, with a play area for small children.

• Landscaping should enhance the creek and be low maintenance.

• Concerns were expressed that the fence along the west end of the creek is inadequate and the existing fence should be extended or replaced to prevent falling into the gully.

• Trimming trees and underbrush could increase visibility along the creek.

• A walking path around the entire site is desirable.
