The board meets three times a year to establish long-range objectives and fund-raising strategies for the organization. Its membership:

Ken Stinson – Chairman, Peter Kiewit Sons’ Inc.
Mike Fahey – Former Mayor, City of Omaha
David Brown – President and CEO, Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce
Del Weber – Chancellor Emeritus, University of Nebraska at Omaha (ex-officio)
Connie Spellman – Director, Omaha by Design (ex-officio)
