Omaha by Design will present the 2011 installment of its highest honor – the Laurels Award – at its annual awards luncheon. The event will also recognize the winners of the 2011 Green Leaf, Civic Leaf and Neighborhood Leaf awards, which were presented previously.

The project will combine the use of traditional historic preservation tools with one of the city’s recently enhanced urban design tools to give property owners more options for preserving the character of their historic neighborhoods.
