11th Street & Howard Area
The general ambiance of the area with live trees, planters,
cobblestone streets and good accessibility were appreciated
by the team. They liked the presence of street entertainers,
canopies with flowers and the density of people and high levels
of pedestrian activity in the area.
Participants observed that the rail car inhibits accessibility.
Other issues in the area were a lack of continuity in the
signage and the presence of unattractive trash containers.
