Regency Place Game

On May 23, 2005, Omaha By Design and the Regency neighborhood joined forces to conduct A Place Game .

More than 30 Regency residents attended representing both the Home Owners Association and the Town Home Association.

Attendees split into three groups to examine the entrances to the neighborhood on the east and west and fourth group visited the city park located near the 96th Street entrance.

Several major themes emerged from the session. Those themes are presented in the link below followed by the observations and recommendations of each of the Place Game Teams. Place Game participants examined traffic, signage, landscaping, and other aspects of the area.

Emerging Themes

Each team for all the sites visited developed specific short-term and long-term improvement ideas. Their concepts for Regency are presented here.  Web site visitors are encouraged to make comments and suggestions on the Place Game ideas.
