Regency Place Game
Group 1
Harney/Regency Parkway Entrance

What the Place Game Team Liked Best

The team liked the trees and shrubs in the large green space, the divided entrance and stoplights that control traffic speed.  They also appreciated the view of the lake and tennis courts from the intersection.

What Could Be Improved

The group observed that the area lacks color and characterized it as too green with unkempt bushes along the Parkway. They felt there is too much fast traffic and street markers are difficult to see, out of date, and in disrepair. Nothing at the intersection gives that neighborhood an identity and they disliked the presence of the large utility boxes
