What the Place Game Team Liked Best

Place Game participants liked the entrance’s sophisticated look, newer landscaping and green space.


What Could Be Improved

The team thought the entrance sign lighting could be improved and the street signs are too small, and not directional.

They felt that the center island landscaping could be improved and the area needed irrigation.  The lack of a Regency identity, half acre of trees, and absence of areas for socializing especially in shade were also concerns.

Short Term

• Trim trees and plants and upgrade traffic island with annuals.
• Improve maintenance on the half acre tree grove.
• Reinstitute tree lighting with existing buried lights.
• Repair area seating.
  
  

Long Term

• Add improved street and directional signage.
• Clear traffic island overgrowth.
• Install sprinkler system for irrigation.
• Repair seating and picnic areas.
