Recommendations for Long-term Improvements

Islands out from the current curb

Comfort and Image Suggestions
· Boulevard down the middle of 20th Street including flowers, shrubs, small trees, fountains, and   sculptures on the center islands.
· Islands out from the current curb with fountains,   trees, benches, shrubs, flowers, and/or sculptures and allow diagonal parking.
· Build a major arch over the intersection of 20th and Dodge and repeat over every intersection from Dodge to Leavenworth Streets.

Access and Linkage Suggestions
· Build a tiered sidewalk all the way from 20th and Dodge down to 20th and   Leavenworth.
