The Omaha Farmers Market Event Game teams' recommendations and suggestions included:

• Expand the event. The area of the current Farmers Market is congested and there is a need for more areas for traffic flow. A larger space would allow for more vendors to participate. Possible solutions for this include closing 11th Street during the Market's operating hours and eventually creating a permanent structure for the Market.

• Promote the event. Provide more fliers and brochures to promote the event and its participants. Increase signage in the Old Market with directions to event and banners at both ends of the Farmers Market, itself. An historical display or statue could also provide year-round promotion of the event.

• Increase / Improve facilities. Provide better signage for restrooms and add more benches and rest areas for customers. Improve parking by charging a reduced rate during the Farmers Market hours and increase availability of surrounding spaces with the removal of vendors' vehicles.
