Mayoral Forum

The quadrennial Omaha by Design Mayoral Forum brings together the City of Omaha mayoral candidates for a focused conversation on issues of people-centered urban design, including land use and zoning, livability, affordable housing, economic development, equitable transportation and infrastructure, and climate impact.

Taking place just one week before the general election, this forum is often among the last scheduled opportunities for the public to hear from both candidates prior to the election. The forum is moderated by David Levy, partner at Baird Holm and President of the Omaha by Design Board of Directors. Candidates are asked a series of questions prepared by the forum community partners, followed by select written questions from the audience.
